Hi Kurt, sounds like a fantastic adventure. Its interesting that you had a hang gliding career, do you still go flying?. I flew for 18 years then discovered Recumbent Trikes, it helped me get over hang gliding but I still think of it a lot, especially as the laid back position means I can look up at the birds and trees I use to fly with.
